Senior JavaScript Engineer (Full Stack)

Minsk, Belarus

Responsibilities:

Satellite’s Software Engineer will develop software across the technology stack, including back-end development, web development, and cloud DevOps.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Leading product implementations and interacting directly with clients
  • Conducting regular code deployments across multiple environments, with no/low downtime, implementing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Managing development tickets and workflow for an engineering team

UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Satellite's UI/UX designer will design wireframes and and high-fidelity clickable prototypes to turn product and marketing ideas into perfect customer experiences.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Create designs for web and mobile interfaces of varying complexity
  • Assist with marketing-oriented design work (presentations, pitches, etc.)
  • Develop UX strategies and search for creative concepts
  • Research customer experience problems and propose solutions
  • Create information architecture flows for websites, online platforms and SaaS products
  • Build wireframes, clickable prototypes and comprehensive product designs
  • Monitor and analyze competitor designs and industry best practices
  • Prepare layouts and resources for transfer to developers with guidelines

IT Project Manager (Experienced)

Minsk, Belarus

Responsibilities:

Satellite's IT Project Manager will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of cutting-edge software products for Satellite's clients and internal business units. You will be responsible for leading complex software development projects from start to finish and working closely with our internal teams of designers, software engineers, data scientists and QA testers to ensure that projects exceed expectations and are completed on time.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the agile processes and managing 1-2 software development teams
  • Working closely with clients and Satellite management to lead development teams across the finish line
  • Providing supervision and leadership for project team members to build a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with Satellite's company values
  • Creating detailed business requirements that define the business processes, requirements and expectations of the client  
  • Managing key project initiatives including the development of detailed work plans, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing project progress
  • Interfacing with clients and serving as a primary point of contact for Satellite
  • Monitoring work plans and enforcing accountability by key stakeholders
  • Preparing strategic analysis of potential business and operational opportunities

Business Development Manager

Minsk, Belarus

Responsibilities:

Satellite’s Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a sales pipeline (through both manual and automated outreach), booking high-quality meetings, qualifying prospects and working closely with our leadership team to close deals. You’ll be required to be able to clearly articulate Satellite’s services and our unique “dedicated development teams” approach. This is a high-upside role with significant, uncapped commission opportunities. We are looking to hire the most motivated, high-performing BD team in Belarus and will compensate top team members in line with this approach!

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Generate sales opportunities through the qualification of prospects and inbound leads via telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn and other lead generation activities
  • Identify potential decision makers, qualify prospects and successfully manage and overcome objections
  • Articulate and evangelize Satellite’s value proposition to decision-makers at US-based companies
  • Maintain an organized, rapidly growing sales pipeline using Pipedrive, Klenty, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Work closely with Satellite’s leadership team to to close deals
  • Create consistent daily activity plans and continuous growth in leads created pipeline
  • Top performers will also be provided dedicated lead-gen staff to help build their pipeline

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (at least Advanced)
  • Amazing sales skills, with the ability to manage the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing deals (with support from leadership)

Digital Marketing/SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

Satellite’s Digital Marketing/SEO Specialist will play a key role in our marketing department by driving inbound leads through implementing digital marketing strategies as well as through analyzing, reviewing and implementing search engine optimization methods and techniques. You’ll work closely with other members of Satellite’s marketing department, including content writers and digital marketers. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, quantitatively-oriented digital marketer with experience in SEO that enjoys analyzing data, running tests, creating optimal strategies and working with our marketing and engineering teams to implement these strategies.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the marketing team and being accountable for SEO/SEM, landing page creation and optimization, re-targeting, e-mail marketing, and social media marketing activities to drive high quality traffic and leads
  • Launching off-page digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, build buzz and indicate relevance to the target audience
  • Reviewing and analyzing our website for areas that can be improved and optimized (meta tags, URLs, structured data, redirects, crosslinking, sitemaps review/maintenance)
  • Performing thorough, detailed website analysis/audit, identifying current problems and opportunities, with the focus on crawlability, site architecture and content
  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic and implementing landing pages that convert traffic into leads

  • Building a balanced link profile (guest posting, social links, etc.) 
  • Tracking digital channels performance and preparing monthly performance reports

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving results (traffic, engagement and conversions, etc.)
  • Expertise in SEO and digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Hubspot, GA, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, etc.
  • Excellent written English and proficient verbal English skills
